THE HEART
BEHIND SEAUX DARLING

Hi, I’m Amy, the owner and creative heart behind Seaux Darling. I’m a Louisiana girl through and through, a wife, a mom, and someone who has always believed there’s something special about making the people you love feel celebrated.

Creativity has always been a part of my story, first through my mom and now in the traditions and little moments I get to share with my own daughter. That love for family, beauty, and meaningful details is at the heart of everything I create through Seaux Darling.

Seaux Darling may have started with balloons, but somewhere along the way, I realized what I really loved was creating the whole moment.
I loved thinking beyond the balloon installation to the backdrop behind it, the florals beside it, the colors throughout the room, and all those tiny details that make someone walk in and immediately feel like the celebration was made just for them.

Today, Seaux Darling has grown into a full-service event design studio offering balloons, backdrops, rentals, florals, tablescapes, and event styling for celebrations throughout Baton Rouge and beyond.

And while what we create has grown, the heart behind it hasn’t changed. I want you to walk into your event, see everything brought to life, and know that you don’t have to worry about a thing except enjoying it.

a little about seaux darling

It Started With Balloons. It Became So Much More.

A Butterfly, a Rose & a Story Close to My Heart

The butterfly in the Seaux Darling brand represents my mom, whose creativity and eye for beauty shaped so much of who I am. The rose represents my daughter, Isabella Rose, who came into my life during a season of both heartbreak and hope.

Together, they’re a reminder that creativity can be passed down, love continues to bloom, and even the smallest details can hold the most meaningful stories.

There’s nothing I love more than taking an idea and figuring out how all the pieces can work together. The colors, textures, balloons, florals, rentals, backdrop, and those tiny finishing touches most people don’t notice individually but somehow make the entire room feel right.

Because to me, event design isn’t about adding more just for the sake of adding more. It’s about choosing the right details and creating something that feels cohesive, personal, and intentional.

But just as important as how your event looks is how you get to experience it.

You shouldn’t be adjusting a backdrop, styling tables, or worrying about whether everything looks right while your guests are arriving. I’m here to take those details off your plate so you can be present for the part that actually matters: making the memories.

Thoughtful design. Personal details.
A whole lot less stress.
